One Stop optimises its checkouts with Techpole adjustable monitor stands
One Stop, a leading retail convenience business with over 1,000 shops across England and Wales, has trusted Techpole Solutions to improve the efficiency of its checkout areas. Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Walsall, One Stop has been a subsidiary of Tesco since 2003, although it operates as a separate business. With over 10,600 employees, the company is a major employer and a trusted name in convenience retail, committed to providing accessibility and excellent service to local communities throughout the UK.
The provided solution consists of:
  • A 674 mm steel pole, securely fixed to the checkout counter.
  • A 300 mm adjustable articulating arm, allowing the monitor to be extended and positioned with complete freedom.
  • A VESA 75/100 mount with tilt and swivel functionality, ensuring optimal screen orientation for every cashier.
The stand features high-quality steel finishes in a clean black colour, perfectly complementing the modern look of One Stop stores. It also includes fastening rings and plastic cable management glands to keep wiring tidy and safe.
With this solution, One Stop has streamlined its payment process. Cashiers can now position the screen at the ideal angle and height, improving visibility of itemised purchases, loyalty offers, and customer information. This has resulted in faster transactions and a more comfortable working environment for the cashier.

We will be grateful to assist you through our office in the UK.
