Why use a stand for your Castles card machine?

A Castles terminal left loose on the counter gets knocked over, dropped or walks off at the end of a busy shift. The cable wears out, the screen gets scratched and staff waste time passing the device back and forth.

Countertop or wall mount: which Castles stand do you need?

  • Countertop stands: the terminal sits on a pole fixed to the counter, with tilt and swivel so the customer can pay comfortably from either side. Choose the pole height from our desktop poles, or go freestanding with our freestanding bases.
  • Wall mounts: ideal where counter space is limited, such as drive-throughs, kiosks, ticket offices and service hatches. See our wall brackets for POS terminals.
  • Swing arms: bring the Castles card machine closer to the customer, or to wheelchair users, with our POS arms.

A modular system that grows with your checkout

How to choose the right Castles card machine holder

  1. Check your exact model. The model name (S1F2, S1P, S1F4, VEGA 3000) is printed on the back or under the battery cover.
  2. Decide on the location. Counter, wall or arm, depending on the space available and how customers reach the till.
  3. Choose the height. Lower poles suit high counters; taller poles suit low desks and accessible checkouts.
  4. Think about the rest of the checkout. If you also need a monitor or printer mount, plan it on the same modular system.
